Passed appetizers, appetizer stations, dinner stations, salads and soups, plated entrees, plated desserts, passed desserts, sweets tables, and custom wedding cakes are all available through Zelda’s Catering. Appetizers include hummus stuffed artichoke hearts, tandoori chicken bites, mini fish tacos, and fried green tomatoes. My personal favorite are the mushroom risotto bites! Dinner stations include carving stations, Asian specialties, sushi, Mediterranean food, tacos, fajitas, Greek food, sliders, and Southern plates. Entrees range from prime rib to chicken marsala to Pacific salmon. My favorite vegetarian dish is the quinoa vegetable stew! Desserts include pies, shortcakes, cake pops, hand pies, tarts, cookies, and brownies.
